A2A Gateway - Agent-to-Agent Communication Gateway
Enforces reputation-based access control for the 22-Layer Stack. Third-party agents must meet reputation thresholds to access protected layers.
Security Model:
- Layer 1-16: Open to all authenticated agents
- Layer 17-20: Requires COLLATERAL_THRESHOLD (300)
- Layer 21-22: Requires SWARM_COORDINATOR_THRESHOLD (500)
