Pixel-ownership compositing of one placement into one tile (docs/ARCHITECTURE.md §六–七).
This is the per-tile body of Compositor.add(): block-level conflict/replace decisions, coverage and
provisional bookkeeping, and the pixel writes themselves. Tile-cache traversal, temporal-conflict
records and diagnostics stay with the adapter, which owns storage.

- composite_
tile - Composites the part of
world(region rect at its integer raster pose) that falls into tile (tx, ty). Blocks are independent (each owns its pixels, coverage bits and block entries), so rows of blocks are split across the pool; every count is an integer sum and the conflict list is rebuilt in (by, bx) order afterwards.
