Version of the vendored llama.cpp this crate is linked against.

llama.cpp adopted semantic versioning in b10470 / v0.1.1, so this is a MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH string (with a -dev suffix for builds off a non-release commit) rather than a bNNNNN build number. Useful for reporting the exact upstream a binary carries, since the crate version and the llama.cpp version move independently.
