Crate lk201 

LK201/LK401 Keyboard Emulator (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LK201).

The protocol interface is documented in https://www.netbsd.org/docs/Hardware/Machines/DEC/lk201.html, and some bootup sequences are documented at https://vt100.net/keyboard.html.

This crate also includes an optional, slower, but far more accurate hardware emulator gated behind the hardware feature flag.
