Module runner_env 

Env files a shell runner sources.

onboard writes the file and records those bytes in .<filename>.ljos-wrote. The first run whose shipped env bytes differ rewrites a file that is still those bytes, keeps lines the user added, and leaves a file it did not write alone. ljos doctor warns when a file it wrote is stale, and ljos doctor --fix rewrites it.

Functions

refresh_for_fix

ljos doctor --fix: refresh even when this version already ran.

refresh_installed

Rewrite env files whose bytes are still what ljos wrote.

refresh_on_new_version

The first run whose shipped env bytes differ from what this ljos already stamped. ljos doctor does not call this.
