The tracker row from vissue identity: version, the root and prefix it
resolved, and where the root came from. A root that is relative, missing,
or holds no prefix directory fails the row: tickets filed there are
invisible to every other seat. When the root is a git checkout with an
upstream, the row also names how many commits origin lacks.
