Function hook_timed 

pub fn hook_timed<T>(stage: &str, f: impl FnOnce() -> T) -> T

Run one stage of a hook call. With LJOS_HOOK_TIMING set, the stage and its wall time go to stderr, one line each, so a slow hook names the stage that holds it.
