Aider has no MCP client and no tool hook. Onboard writes the skill as
a conventions file and names it in ~/.aider.conf.yml’s read: list,
so every session loads it. The guard is advisory there: run
ljos policy --fail-on-deny -- CMD before a command, as the skill says.
