Import every other machine’s log of the repository’s scope into this seat’s pack. Returns one line per host and scope.
Plans are taken from the pack as it stands. Every retirement runs,
then every post. The pack answers a text it already holds with that
claim, so posting a moved text and retiring the old scope afterwards
deletes the claim the new scope just answered. An adopt commit is
retired after those posts: the gone log is already absent, and its
sync: copies are what the commit names.
