Undo runner files written by ljos onboard.
Onboarding records each changed file, its previous bytes, and the bytes it installed. Offboarding restores an unchanged installed file exactly. A later edit is reversed only when the installed part can be identified. Older installs have no record, so their runner paths are cleaned by the markers ljos wrote into skills, hooks, plugins, env files and MCP entries.
