The name a write under checked records for an assignee a caller passed, already resolved to assignee. This seat’s own name or holder is kept. Another name is refused, unless the verb hands work to another name (delegates), and then it has to be a seat the tracker’s vissue.toml lists.

Errors

assignee is another seat and the verb does not delegate, or vissue.toml does not list it.
