Directory a tool command is judged in.
A relative workdir resolves against the session directory, as opencode’s
shell tool does with path.resolve(directory, workdir), and a relative
session directory against the process directory.
§Errors
The directory does not resolve: it is missing, not a directory, a
symlink loop, or one this process cannot enter. The command does not
run in fallback_directory, so it is not judged there.
