A name typed on the command line is taken as given, the seat’s own name too, so ljos sitting ISSUE --assignee saddle claims as saddle and a board filtered by seat finds it. Empty or a pronoun (seat, you, agent) is the conversation’s holder. A tool call’s field keeps resolve_assignee, where a runner echoing its own seat name means itself.
