Stdout for a tool-result hook, and the ids to mark now that the note was delivered. A camel-case runner takes the note on the first tool result. Stop additionalContext would start another round, so the hold is cleared here and Stop finds nothing. Any other runner takes it the same way. A turn with no tool leaves the hold for Stop.
