With $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/ljos/hook-trace present, one line per hook call
to hook-trace.jsonl beside it: the event as sent and as read, the
payload’s top-level key names, the session and subagent type. Key names
only, never values, so a runner’s hook contract can be read off a live
session without storing what it said.
