Streaming execution engine
Pull-based streaming execution engine.
Holds a single root executor and drives it via direct pull
(open → next → close). The default remains serial. When explicitly
configured, formal Gather nodes can use the bounded coordinator for
partition-local, parallel-safe child trees.
