COPY FROM execution: parallel CSV import into vertices or edges.
Pipeline: read CSV records → map columns (header names or positional) →
parse values in parallel per batch (rayon) → batch-insert through the
storage writer. Column mapping is computed once up front so the
per-record hot path is a direct index lookup.
