Window function implementations

Provides window-style functions: ROW_NUMBER, RANK, DENSE_RANK, LEAD, LAG, FIRST_VALUE, LAST_VALUE. These functions currently operate as row-level functions. Full OVER clause support (PARTITION BY, ORDER BY, frame specification) will be added in a future phase.
