Crate lindera_trainer 

CRF-based dictionary training for Lindera.

This crate implements the training pipeline (lindera train), producing a serialized model that lindera export turns into MeCab-format dictionary source files, which lindera build then compiles into a binary dictionary. It builds on the runtime types of lindera_dictionary and the CRF core of lindera_crf.
