Module network

Module network

Source
Expand description

The rail behind the tools.

What the network is asked, counted. Live speaks to a liminal server through the Rust SDK; a test’s rail answers from a fixture. Taps hold a stream until the host closes it.

Re-exports§

pub use call::Outcome;

Modules§

call
call (SDK-017 R3): one routed request whose reply or refusal is the server’s own.
directory
list and describe (SDK-017 R2): the topology record read fresh, the stations and their subjects; one subject’s activities with the exact schema strings the worker registered.
flow
flow (SDK-017 R4): steps fired in order, each a routed request fed by the previous reply through {"$prev": "<JSON pointer>"} objects; the first failure stops the flow by index.
lifecycle
The service lifecycle tools (SDK-019 R1): services, register, start, stop, retire.

Structs§

Counts
What the ticket did on the network, counted (SDK-017 R5).
Live
The live rail.
TapSubscription
A reader and its independently held close signal.

Enums§

RailError
How the network answered, or why it did not. The words of a refusal are the server’s; the ticket adds none.

Traits§

Rail
The network as the tools see it.
TapCloser
A separately held signal that releases a blocked tap reader.
TapReader
A blocking tap reader. One receive consumes one wire record.
