Microsoft OAuth 2.0 authentication for Minecraft
Implements the Device Code Flow for authenticating Minecraft accounts via Microsoft. This is a multi-step process:
- Request a device code
- User authorizes via browser
- Poll for token
- Exchange for Xbox Live token
- Exchange for XSTS token
- Exchange for Minecraft token
- Fetch Minecraft profile
