Some special flags for contexts.

Constants

NOAUTOSPAWN	Disable autospawning of the PulseAudio daemon if required.
NOFAIL	Don’t fail if the daemon is not available when Context::connect is called, instead enter State::Connecting state and wait for the daemon to appear.
