The first frame of the group the fetch wants; 0 is the whole group.

moq_group_request_accept positions the returned producer here, so frames you write keep the indices they have in the group rather than restarting at 0. Read this to know which frames to fetch from storage.

Returns a zero on success, or a negative code on failure.
