Object-storage-backed graph store: immutable CSR segments, an Iceberg-style manifest for atomic commits, and an LSM write path (WAL -> memtable -> segment flush -> compaction).

- The manifest: the mutable pointer that makes a set of segments the graph. Swapping it is the only mutation in the system (docs/SEGMENTS.md).
