SERVER_HANDLER_TIMEOUT
Handling timeout for the node’s user-facing server. Generous because [preflight_]pay_invoice may compute max_flow, which takes ~30s at 10 iterations and ~50s at 17 iterations. See compute_max_flow_to_recipient for more details.
