Grype vulnerability scanner output compression.
Grype prints ✔ progress lines then an aligned table
(NAME INSTALLED FIXED-IN TYPE VULNERABILITY SEVERITY). We replace the
table with a severity histogram and keep only the Critical/High rows
(NAME · VULNERABILITY · SEVERITY).
