LDPC decoder with horizontal layered schedule.

This module implements a generice belief propagation LDPC decoder with a serial, per check node (horizontal layered) schedule as described in An Efficient Message-Passing Schedule for LDPC Decoding, by E. Sharon, S. Litsyn, and J. Goldberg.
