Crate layer_mtproto 

MTProto session and transport abstractions.

This crate handles:

• Message framing (sequence numbers, message IDs)
• Plaintext transport (for initial handshake / key exchange)
• Encrypted transport skeleton (requires a crypto backend)

It is intentionally transport-agnostic: bring your own TCP/WebSocket.
