Starts a Launcher for a window titled title.

Chain the window’s options, then Launcher::run:

kui_native::app("Mine")
    .size(800.0, 600.0)
    .min_size(320.0, 240.0)
    .devtools(true)
    .run(Mine)
    .unwrap();

The default window is 960 by 640 logical pixels with the OS’s own chrome. KUI_WINDOW=WxH in the environment overrides the size.
