split_coeluting

Apply co-elution splitting to a list of hills using the persistence splitter (despike + smooth + robust-max threshold + valley merge).

split_hill_persistence

Split a hill containing multiple co-eluting peaks (the “persistence” algorithm). Designed to be robust to noisy scans while separating visually-obvious dual peaks.
