[][src]Struct kmeans_colors::HamerlyCentroids

pub struct HamerlyCentroids<C: Hamerly> {
    pub centroids: Vec<C>,
    pub deltas: Vec<f32>,
    pub half_distances: Vec<f32>,
}

Struct used for caching data required to compute k-means with the Hamerly algorithm.

Fields

centroids: Vec<C>

Centroid points.

deltas: Vec<f32>

Distances the centroids have moved since the previous iteration.

half_distances: Vec<f32>

Half-distances to nearest centroid.
