Transform a successful verb result value according to the given PresentationMode.

  • Verbose / Human: returns value unchanged.
  • Agent: applies UUID shortening, exact UTC timestamp rendering, empty-field dropping, structural-null preservation, and score truncation.

now_unix_seconds is a whole-second clock for callers without a finer sample. All relative list-row labels within a response use this instant.
