The exact properties/updated_at UPDATE this store’s update_note_properties issues. A real UPDATE never triggers SQLite’s INSERT OR REPLACE delete+insert, so the row is patched in place (#780). The comm.probe cursor is keyed on notes_seq.seq, which is fixed at first insert and survives a delete+reinsert of the same note id, so this is defensive rather than load-bearing for cursor correctness; a metadata patch should never rewrite the row regardless.
