Benchmark infrastructure for Kermit.
Provides dataset download, conversion (to Parquet), and benchmark
task/subtask definitions. The
BenchmarkManager coordinates downloading and
loading benchmark datasets, while
BenchmarkConfig defines the interface each
benchmark must implement.
