§Open-format K1 Chat State 0.9.1
ActorState owns provider-free scheduling over Chatend 0.8.1. It preserves the 0.9.0 inference, stage, arrival, recovery, retry, and tool-lifecycle contracts.
The additive idle-context methods append canonical startup context without scheduling inference: accept_idle_context_box, accept_idle_context_tool_call, and accept_idle_context_tool_return. They require a quiet, non-halted actor. Tool calls and results use Chatend’s canonical correlation metadata and ordering. A later ordinary triggering arrival, normally the first User Message, schedules the single provider turn that sees the startup context. These methods perform no tool execution or authorization and are intended for a trusted first-send owner.
All box conventions remain open strings. The package owns no persistence, HTTP, provider execution, Kmap access, migration, retry, or deployment.
