§Loom bootstrap state
K1BootstrapState registers the version-1 k1-loom-bootstrap KTO stream and reconstructs one process-wide first-run state from canonical history. begin binds bootstrap to the exact archive SHA-256, username, full name, and derived public key before any other bootstrap effect. complete requires that exact Begin record and stores the resulting user, loom-devs group, saved Profile, public Kmap root, and complete imported-package inventory.
The first accepted Begin and first matching Complete win. Repeating an exact record is idempotent and returns its canonical transaction ID; a different archive, identity, or completion is rejected. Malformed canonical payloads and reorganization make the instance unavailable. Reopening replays from genesis; there is no separate state file, migration, retry, rollback, repair, background work, credential storage, or authority bypass.
ImportedPackage stores the logical library name, stable semantic version, and SHA-256 of the complete authority-rewritten source. Inventory ordering is canonicalized by logical name and version and duplicate coordinates are rejected. No arbitrary package-count, string-length, or byte-size policy is imposed beyond representational memory limits.
