Cursor project slug: strips leading /, then replaces / and . with -.

Cursor stores transcripts at ~/.cursor/projects/<cursor_slug>/agent-transcripts. Example: /Users/lucas.marques/Projects/kaizen → Users-lucas-marques-Projects-kaizen.
