Metal planning and resource-lifecycle boundary for JPEG XR reconstruction.
CPU entropy output is retained in a five-phase Metal plan. Submission is exposed only because every packaged phase covers the accepted Main-profile matrix; the portable scalar implementation remains the arithmetic oracle.
