Pretty-printing of JSON-LD documents. Pretty-printing of expanded documents through a vocabulary.

Printing is infallible by design: every identifier is expected to resolve in the vocabulary the document was built against. Passing a different vocabulary is a caller bug; identifiers that fail to resolve are rendered as the literal string "<unresolved iri>" rather than panicking.
