Expands term as the Expansion algorithm expands a member key of a node object under active_context: vocab on, not document-relative (JSON-LD 1.1 API, Expansion Algorithm step 13.2).

Returns the expanded term (an IRI, a blank node identifier, a keyword, or an invalid identifier carrying the text as written), or None when policy is Action::Drop and only @vocab would expand it. Warnings are discarded; no loader is involved, since the active context is already processed.

Errors

RejectVocab when policy is Action::Reject and only @vocab would expand it.
