originator_id: u16

According to MSDN, this field MUST be set to SERVER_CHANNEL_ID. However, the Microsoft RDP client takes this value from a server's PduSource field of the Server Demand Active PDU. Therefore, checking the originator_id field is the responsibility of the user of the library.
