Shared API envelope types for the Ironflow ecosystem.

Defines the standard response envelope (ApiResponse<T> + ApiMeta) and error envelope (ErrorEnvelope) used by both the server ([ironflow-api]) and the client SDK ([ironflow-sdk]).
