Multi-algorithm checksum computation and verification for storage integrity.
Provides StorageChecksumEngine with pure-Rust implementations of:
FNV-1a-64, DJB2, Murmur3-32, Adler-32, CRC-32/ISO-HDLC, xxHash-64 (simplified),
and a Blake3-inspired 256-bit hash (4 independent FNV-1a rounds).
