Structured overlay network manager supporting multiple topology strategies.
This module provides OverlayNetworkManager, which models a logical overlay
network on top of physical connectivity. It supports Chord finger-table routing,
Pastry prefix routing, Kademlia greedy forwarding, FullMesh direct routing, and
spanning Tree routing—all computed purely in-memory without I/O.
