Requirements-modeling analyses (RFC: A4, B2, B3, B4, B5).

These analyses operate on the AST and produce reports for humans and downstream tools (popsicle Skills). All analyses are deterministic: pure AST → text/JSON, no Z3 invocation.

coverage_report

For each coverage declaration, enumerate the cartesian product of declared dimension values. A combination is considered “covered” if some safety invariant or intent clause syntactically mentions every value name in the combination.
