MCP server — JSON-RPC 2.0 over stdio.
Implements the Model Context Protocol (MCP) so any MCP-compatible host (Claude Code, Claude Desktop, etc.) can call Innate without a separate SDK.
Usage: innate mcp (reads from stdin, writes to stdout)
