DMAMUX channel configuration

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

Off

The DMAMUX channel is disabled

§

Enable

Fields

§source: u32

The DMA channel source (slot number)

Specifies which DMA source is routed to the DMA channel.

§periodic: bool

Set the periodic triggering flag to schedule DMA transfers on PIT timer scheduling.

periodic only works for the first four DMA channels, since it corresponds to the PIT timers.

The DMAMUX is enabled, permitting hardware triggering. See enable to enable the channel without periodic triggering.

§

AlwaysOn

The DMAMUX is always on, and there’s no need for software or hardware activation

Use AlwaysOn for

  • memory-to-memory transfers
  • memory to external bus transfers

Implementations§

source§

impl Configuration

source

pub const fn enable(source: u32) -> Configuration

Enable the channel without triggering

Shorthand for ChannelConfiguration::Enable { source, periodic: false }. Use enable() to avoid possible panics in set_channel_configuration.
