UtcBasic

ISO-8601 Basic Format. Formats zero-offset with the ISO-8601 UTC indicator: “Z” e.g. +0500, Z

UtcExtended

ISO-8601 Extended Format. Formats zero-offset with the ISO-8601 UTC indicator: “Z” e.g. +05:00, Z
