Publishes the window’s commands and recent items to the shell, replacing what it published before.

The shell lists them in its own menus and palette, and sends Event::AppCommand back when one is picked. Publish again whenever the set, a command’s availability or the recent items change.

§Platform-specific

  • Kora/Wayland: Uses the kora_app_commands_v1 protocol.
  • Other platforms: No effect.
