The look every menu and list shares: dropdown and context menus, the command list, and the combobox and select lists.
Rows are 32 pixels tall: 14 pixel text on a 20 pixel line, 6 pixels of
padding above and below and 8 at the sides, inset 4 pixels from the
surface edge. row_style resolves their colours for a RowStatus.
